Immigration Services Investors and Entrepreneurs Allott Immigration Law Firm provides counsel and assistance for Immigrant Entrepreneurs and Investors to obtain temporary and permanent lawful status in the U.S.
Family-Based Immigration Services One of the most important things we do is unite families through immigration. Our attorneys and legal support staff are experienced in all aspects of Family Immigration. We will assist you and determine the best option available to your family. Although each case is unique, we strive to achieve a timely and successful resolution for our clients. Our firm has demonstrated great success immigrating family members through the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), immigration court and consular posts across the globe.
U.S. Citizenship and Naturalization Applications Lawful permanent residents may be eligible to become U.S. Citizens through the naturalization process. There are strict eligibility and application requirements, and the process is not always straightforward. Our goal is to provide you with experienced representation, assistance and advice to help you navigate the complex legal system.
U.S. citizenship can also be transmitted through grandparents and parents in certain situations. Our office advises and assists individuals in these special situations to apply for a U.S. Passport or Certificate of Citizenship, as appropriate, so they may enjoy the benefits of their U.S. citizen status.
Visitor and Student Visas If you are coming to the U.S. to visit, study or stay for a temporary period, the attorneys of Allott Immigration Law Firm can help you select and obtain the appropriate type of nonimmigrant visa. Often times, you may have more than one option regarding a nonimmigrant visa. It is important to discuss your specific case and future plans with one of our attorneys to avoid complications in your immigration needs.
Extraordinary Ability Cases This immigration preference category is for foreign nationals of extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics. Your particular abilities could be the basis for a process which leads to a nonimmigrant visa that allows you to pursue employment in the U.S. or even a green card - without needing the sponsorship of an employer.
Humanitarian Relief / Victims of Crimes The attorneys at Allott Immigration Law Firm will assist you to determine the form(s) of humanitarian relief that are best suited to your particular circumstances. We commit ourselves to obtaining a timely and successful result and to treat your case with professionalism, competence and compassion.
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Cases On June 15, 2012, the Secretary of Homeland Security announced that certain people who came to the U.S. as children and meet several key guidelines may request consideration of deferred aciton for a period of two years, subject to renewal, and would then be eligible for work authorization. Determining eligibility and qualifying evidence for Deferred Action is a serious and potentially complicated process and should be done with the assistance of our attorneys.
Deportation and Removal Proceedings Immigrants facing deportation for any reason should consult with our experienced immigration attorneys to confirm whether there is a legal basis to remain in the U.S. or to arrange departure terms that may preserve the ability to return to the U.S. Some foreign nationals may be permitted to remain in the U.S. legally because of eligibility for business or family immigration, hardship to a U.S. relative, or the risk of persecution in their home country. Allott Immigration Law Firm ardently pursues the best outcome for clients facing Removal from the U.S.
Military Accessions vital to the national interest (MAVNI) Military Accessions Vital to the National Interest (MAVNI) allows certain non-citizens who are legally present in the U.S. to join the Army and apply immediately for U.S. citizenship without first obtaining lawful permanent residence. Other participating military branches include the Marine Corps, Air Force and Navy. Those who enlist through the MAVNI program may find it helps them reunite their family in the U.S. much faster than other options. This is because once you become a U.S. citizen, you will be able to file for immigrant visas or green cards for your parents, spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 without having to wait for a visa number to become available.
Administrative Appeals & Federal Litigation Decisions made by judges in the federal immigration courts are subject to appeal, like any other type of court decision in the U.S. judicial system. If you have been ordered to return to your home country, denied asylum, denied an application for a visa, or denied cancellation of removel, an appeal to the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) or the Board of Immigration Appeals Office (BIA) may be your only option. The attorneys at Allott Immigration Law Firm are experienced in filing appeals with the AAO and BIA.
